It is a small famous shop in the corner of Ginza. Bistro-like feeling with the concept of Italian which the owner's chef Ochiai can easily enjoy. The clerk cares for me, so I feel very good. The dishes are 4,000 yen for weekday dinner. The appetizer is an assortment of eight meat and fish vegetables and seasonal ingredients. In particular, the smelt carpaccio has no odor and has a very good acidity. White fish has surprisingly good crunchiness and freshness, and the more you chew it, the more it tastes.The main items were spaghetti with karasumi and Kujo leek, and cutlets with lamb. I recommend lamb is really delicious. The refreshing taste without moderate fat and odor, the medium meat is soft and high quality. Delicious.This shop is so rude to measure by the index of cospa. I think it's best to visit and experience it.
